Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly

The Towhee Club, located in Spring Hill, Tennessee, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Line Cooks. Full and part-time positions are available. Towhee Club is Middle Tennessee’s premier golf and neighborhood destination. Open to the public, this Arnold Palmer designed course recently went through a complete reinvention that included construction of a new clubhouse. Today, Towhee boasts highly acclaimed Birdsong Social, an upscale farm-to-table restaurant featuring an open-air event and entertainment pavilion.

Responsibilities of the Line Cook at The Towhee Club include:

• Operates cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
• Prepares and cooks food according to directives; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders.
• Plates prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance.
• Works with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
• Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
