About:
Bar Bludorn is Chef Aaron Bludorn's neighborhood tavern in the Memorial Village area. After a decade working with French chef Daniel Boulud in NYC, Aaron was drawn to Houston by its welcoming culinary community. This is their third restaurant in Houston, following Bludorn and Navy Blue.
