Kalahari Resorts and Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for B-Lux Grill & Bar Cook. In this position, as a restaurant cook, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the preparation of food items for the restaurant’s meals, while following recipes, portioning, cooking and presentation quality standards. Additionally, assist in ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen. Be part of a dynamic and growing team, in a fast-paced and high energy environment.

We do require that you have a background consisting of 1 year of related progressive experience as a culinary graduate and/or at least 1 year of progressive culinary experience in a hotel restaurant/food outlet facility or related field. ServSafe certification is a plus. 1+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant/food outlets production kitchen is preferred.

Starting Rate: $15.00 - $19.00.
