Description:

• We are looking for a Line Cook for our AM shift (7am to 1pm) to prepare breakfast, and for our PM shift to work at our Fine Dining Restaurant.

As a Line Cook, you will create exceptional experiences for our guests and work with a team committed to providing the finest guest service. Shifts vary for breakfast or dinner service.

Requirements:

• Previous cooking experience in a Food & Beverage or Restaurant operation is preferred, especially in Relais & Châteaux or Forbes 4- or 5-star establishments.
• Experience in a Fine Dining Restaurant and understanding of sequence of service is preferred.
• Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
