Job summary

Villa Restaurant Group is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join Steelworks Buffet & Grill inside Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem, PA. Join a busy, team-focused kitchen to prepare quality dishes and support rapid service in a high-volume environment.

You will work across multiple stations, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to a clean, organized workstation while ensuring consistency and great presentation for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous Line Cook experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Work across grill, sauté, fryer, and food prep stations.
• Maintain consistent food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep tasks to support kitchen operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
• Monitor food temperatures, proper storage, and product rotation.
• Communicate with kitchen leadership and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as needed.

Villa Restaurant Group is looking for experienced and motivated Line Cooks to join our team at Steelworks Buffet & Grill, located inside Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem, PA.
