Job summary

Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join the 40North Full Service division. Located at 4821 Steelworks Wind Creek - Bethlehem, PA, you will help maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area and support kitchen staff with prep and cleaning. A positive, team-oriented attitude and flexibility for shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and excellent team player.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
• Ensure all dishes and kitchenware are sanitized and properly stored
• Assist kitchen staff with food prep and cleaning as needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly
• Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen equipment
• Follow health and safety regulations for food handling and cleanliness
• Assist with general kitchen maintenance and organization
• Support the team by helping with other duties as assigned
