The Depot Pub & Grill is a locally owned, fast-paced, railroad themed restaurant seeking a reliable cook to join our kitchen team. Duties include prepping and stocking stations, cooking and plating menu items to recipe standards, and maintaining speed and quality during busy rushes.

• Maintain speed and consistency during busy rushes.
• Follow food safety guidelines.
• Keep cook line, equipment and stations clean and organized throughout shift.
