Wage Range: $22.21/hr + Tips and Commission

We are looking to hire BOH positions: Oyster Shuckers and Line Cooks at our Pioneer Square location in Seattle’s Historic Neighborhood. This area is a major tourist attraction, located next to stadiums, offering high-volume opportunities during concerts, games, and exhibitions. Our oyster bars embody the ‘Tide to Table’ philosophy, setting a gold standard for oyster shucking presentation. Employees benefit from seasonal farm visits, proprietary training, and oyster education.

Oyster Shuckers work in an open kitchen environment, engaging with guests and enjoying a lively atmosphere. A positive attitude and tidy workspace are essential. We value hard work, efficiency, and a positive environment.

Qualifications
