Mercat Bistro, a contemporary European-style bistro, is seeking a Cook to craft delicious meals according to the menu in a romantic setting inspired by European design. This intimate venue features beautiful antiquities and a global influence on its menu.

You will follow recipes and instructions to deliver well-prepared dishes in a timely, efficient manner, while expanding your knowledge of ingredients, techniques and industry trends to enhance guest experience.
