The Bistro Cook at Aperture Hotels is responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests, with AM and PM shifts in a hotel restaurant setting. You will cook to recipes, plate attractively, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests during their stay.

Ideal candidates have prior cooking experience, knowledge of food safety regulations, and thrive in fast-paced environments, with a strong eye for detail and teamwork with the culinary staff.

Line Cook

The Bistro Cook is responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests.

Shifts vary with both, AM and PM shifts available. Serving hotel guests in our restaurant by cooking items and prepping food. This includes all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. We are also looking for someone who can do simple banquet/buffet cooking on some mornings and lunches.
