  • At least 1+ year of experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service setting
  • Execute menu items with precision, maintaining high standards
  • Manage your station during service, coordinating with team members
  • Follow recipes exactly and apply culinary techniques
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to exceed guest expectations
  • Communicate effectively with team members throughout shifts
  • Spend up to 16 hours per year volunteering for MadTree Impact initiatives
