$15 to $18 an hour starting rate, based on experience

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at 7 Hills Brewing Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef and kitchen management
• Contribute to menu development and special projects as needed
• Uphold 7 Hills Brewing Company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant or brewery setting is preferred but not necessary
• Understanding of cooking techniques and culinary terminology
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
