Job summary

Lost Cowboy Taproom, part of the Michael Timothy's Dining Group, is seeking a full-time Line Cook for our Portsmouth, NH location opening in November. You will prepare and cook food, following recipes and health regulations, and work with servers to fulfill orders in a fast-paced, friendly kitchen.

We offer up to $21-25 per hour, great benefits and perks, including paid vacation, employee discounts with a daily family meal, and 4-5 day work weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen.
• Able to work early morning/afternoons nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and health regulations.
• Keep stations clean and stocked and coordinate with servers to fulfill orders.
• Ensure plates are well-presented and served promptly.
