Job summary

Hai Hospitality, including Uchi, Uchiko and Uchiba, is hiring Line Cooks in Dallas to join our kitchen team and craft amazing dining experiences for guests.

We offer $19/hr plus benefits and opportunities to grow within our expanding restaurant group. The role requires the ability to work in hot and cold environments, lift up to 50 lbs, communicate clearly with teammates, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and team
• Identify safety issues and follow safety guidelines
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stock inventory
• Stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen
• Work in hot and cold environments
• Use kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, knives)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
