Responsibilities:
- Deliver incredible customer service by preparing ingredients and creating high-quality meals
- Follow recipes, use proper knife skills, and apply cooking techniques to ensure consistency
- Effectively multitask and balance prep work while ensuring meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Understand how products look and taste at their peak of perfection
- Assist with ordering to help maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize waste
Requirements:

Experience working in a production kitchen; Experience working as a line cook; Food preparation experience; Experience working as a Prep Cook / apprentice cook; Work Environment: The physical demands of this work are classified as medium. Work includes standing, walking for prolonged periods of time without a break, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, frequent lifting, and occasional heavy lifting, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment. The average weight range of items lifted is 5 – 10 pounds with a maximum weight lifted to 50 pounds occasionally. Upper extremity repetition is moderately high and trunk movement involves moderately high twisting, bending, and pivoting.
