Description

You may be in the kitchen, but your heart has to be out there making each guest's celebration a great one. A TGI Fridays Cloud Kitchen Cook prepares a wide variety of foods according to recipe requirements and to adhere to product sensitivities and plate presentation. Ensures that all prepared food meets TGI Fridays food safety and quality standards. You care about what you cook and know how happy guests are when their meal is prepared perfectly.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all prepared food meets TGI Fridays standards, recipe adherence, and presentation guidelines.
  • Comply with all food safety laws, protocols, and standards.
  • Place expo-ready food in the window using appropriate zoning standards.
  • Keep updated on recipe changes and ensure proper execution for high quality and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock, and setup of the station.
  • Communicate effectively with service staff and management about ticket times and issues.
  • Complete prep work and clean the station thoroughly daily.
  • Assist with line checks and ensure product sensitivity and safety standards are met.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
  • Follow safety and health guidelines, including CDC and company protocols.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently.
  • Ability to work in hot, damp, and occasionally cold environments.
  • Stand for 6-8 hours; use hands frequently.
  • Set an example for team members.
