Job description

Rooster & Owl is currently looking to addan entry to advanced level line cook to our team. We are a small family run business that focuses on cooking great food and cultivating a great culture. We have garnered plenty of accolades fromthe Michelin Guide, Washington Post, Eater DC, James Beard, and RAMMY just to name a few. What we are looking for :

  • at least one year of experience at a reputable restaurant is preferred
  • a sense of urgency
  • desire to learn and improve on the craft
  • ability to work well in a small team dynamic

What we have to offer :

  • dinner only Tuesday thru Saturday (Sunday / Monday off each week)
  • no lunch or brunch shifts
  • competitive wage and reasonable work hours (50 hours average with overtime)
