Job summary

JDK Management Company is seeking a Line Cook in Ohio to prepare menu items per company standards while keeping a clean and safe kitchen. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, communicate well under pressure, and help create a great guest experience.

No prior line cook experience is required; enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment are valued. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
