Job summary

JDK Management Company in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items to company standards in a clean, fast-paced kitchen. No experience is required; prior line cook experience is a plus, and you will work with a team to deliver great guest experiences.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
