The Gatesworth is seeking a Line Cook to join its culinary team. You will prepare and plate meals according to menus, maintain safe food handling, and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary training and/or culinary education strongly preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays required.
• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience required.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, menus, and instructions accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies as needed.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
