Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a part-time Line Cook at the Tucson Marriott University Park. You will prepare ingredients and cook menu items, ensuring consistency and quality during restaurant and banquet service.

Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to food safety standards. The role requires a valid Active Food Handler’s Certification, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a team-oriented, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Active Food Handler’s Certification is required or can be obtained shortly after hire.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills to manage workstation and prep.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-oriented, energetic attitude with guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques.
• Recreate dishes with consistency across restaurant and banquet operations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitization and storage procedures.
• Help minimize food waste and ensure quality of ingredients used.
