Great Escape and Hurricane Grill & Wings is seeking a Line Cook in New York to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare high-quality meals, follow recipes, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have basic culinary experience and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with PTO eligibility, paid training, and advancement opportunities.

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, and understand).
• Previous culinary experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitor food quality and temperature to comply with NYS Department of Health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation, health, and safety standards.
