Paradox Brewery is seeking a dedicated Lead Line Cook to join its culinary team at Paradox Brewery, 2781 US Rt. 9 North Hudson NY. This role focuses on precise menu item preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety in a fast-paced brewpub.

The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, can multitask amid noise, and is willing to work weekends and holidays. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, and the role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16–$20 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Prior kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be friendly and outgoing with strong customer service skills
• Must be organized
• Must be willing to work as a team and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-energy setting.
• Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to changes in schedule
• Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time

• Ensure both kitchens, counters, sinks, utensils, coolers, shelving, and storage areas are clean and comply with established sanitation standards, hygiene, and health standards.
• All other day-to-day activities as necessary to keep the brewpub maintained.
• Ability to multi-task in a noisy, fast-paced and distraction-filled environment.
• Special projects as assigned by management
