Job summary

Eggs Up Grill is hiring line cooks for our brand-new Germantown location, open 6am to 2pm daily. You’ll be part of a friendly team delivering breakfast, brunch, and lunch while maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards.

Open availability on weekends is mandatory, and you should be a strong multitasker with prior cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant. Join us and help create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience including line cook/prep cook roles.
• Familiar with kitchen terminology and standard procedures.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Accurate and fast execution of assigned tasks.
• Awareness of industry best practices and sanitation.
• ServSafe certification is a plus for consideration.

Eggs Up Grill is hiring line cooks for our brand-new location, in the Shops of Forest Hill, on Poplar Avenue, in Germantown. We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6am to 2pm. Work with us and be home in time for dinner. Must be a great multitasker, professional, and previous cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred. Our cooks are responsible for creating that unforgettable guest experience through the proper preparation of the best-tasting recipes around! You are responsible for top-notch cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment. Open availability on weekends is mandatory for this position.

Requirements

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef/prep cook
• Familiarity and fluency in kitchen terminology
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, procedures, and equipment
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry best practices
• Willingness to pursue ServSafe certification is a plus
