Job summary

Eggs Up Grill in North Augusta is seeking a dependable line cook to prepare breakfast and lunch items to spec. You will work the hot line during peak hours, ensuring tickets move quickly and orders are consistent. The role includes light prep, stocking, and adherence to food safety standards.

We value punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude. Flexibility to jump stations and help where needed is important, and prior line cook experience is preferred.

• Several years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Experience delegating tasks and maintaining quick service.
• References will be required.

What we need from you

• On-time is a must.We run a tight kitchen and punctuality matters.
• Dependable:show up ready to work, every scheduled shift
• Flexible:able to jump stations, stay a little later when needed, and help where the kitchen needs you
• Line cook experience preferred (breakfast experience is a plus)
• Coachable, positive attitude, and handles pressure well
• ServSafe is a plus(or willingness to get certified)

We have a strict policy on call-outs and tardiness. If you have a pattern of last-minute call-outs or being late, this won’t be a good fit. If you’re reliable and communicate early, you’ll do great here.

Schedule

• Open6:00 AM–2:00 PM daily
• Morning availability is a big plus
