True Food Kitchen in Summerlin, NV is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations such as Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with multi-station experience a plus.

The role offers AM/PM shifts, part-time to full-time hours, and growth opportunities in a professional, equal-opportunity environment that values teamwork and quality presentation.

Who We're Inviting To The Table

We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations

THE PERFECT PAIRING

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
• Passion for great food and quality presentation
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
