Eagle Creek Brewing Company is looking for a Line Cook to join our team in our Statesboro location. The Line Cook will serve our patrons by preparing hot and cold foods, including burgers, chicken, salads, fries, and brunch items.

Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and enjoy working with diverse people. Excellent customer service skills and prior foodservice experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare hot and cold foods such as wraps, salads, desserts, sandwiches, burgers, ribs, and steaks, customizing orders as needed.
2. Assist with food prep, including vegetables, queso, hummus, and more. Knife skills are a plus.
3. Maintain cleanliness and stock workstations, ensuring all areas are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
• Good memory for managing multiple orders, recipes, and cook times
