Central BBQ is bringing our famous, award-winning Memphis Style BBQ to Nashville! We are looking for high-energy, friendly, hardworking, and dependable service professionals interested in learning the art of slow-smoked, southern flavor.

Our Prep Cooks handle all the prep work for our ingredients used to make our meals amazing! This position works under limited supervision, allowing you to own this role and make it your own. We can't wait to add you to our team!
