We are looking for a professional Breakfast Line Cook to prepare food to the chef’s specifications and set up stations for the menu. Responsibilities include assisting the executive and sous chef with daily tasks, contributing to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock food items and supplies.
• Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and making sauces.
• Cook food via grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces after shifts.
• Perform inventory checks and maintain food storage logs.
