Job summary

Rosati’s Pizza is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll work on our family recipes, keeping up with a fast-paced service and helping teammates deliver great-tasting meals. No prior restaurant experience is required, but a willingness to learn, strong teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods are essential.

Training will be provided to get you cooking confidently. This role offers consistent shifts, a friendly environment, and opportunities to grow within Rosati’s.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cooking experience or ability to learn on the job.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced kitchen with others.
• Familiar with professional kitchen equipment and safety practices.
• Able to stand for extended periods (about 90% of shift).
• Able to handle warm temperatures and physically active tasks.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Rosati's menu and customer orders.
• Perform line-cook tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with placing orders.
• Maintain a clean and sterilized cooking station.
• Prep ingredients for cook and salad lines to ensure smooth service.

Job Summary:

As a Line Cook, you’ll stay busy. We are looking for someone to join our Kitchen Staff and make delicious food with our Rosati family recipes. To thrive in this job, previous experience working at restaurants is preferred, however not required. You must love great food, hustling to help your team out, and keeping great food flying out of the kitchen. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch or expand your restaurant career.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food out of our menu and based on custom orders
• Ability to perform line-cook related tasks as needed
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
• Maintain a clean cooking station as well as sterilize equipment
• Prep food for success for both cook and salad line

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with preparing and cooking food
• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
• Ability to be on your feet approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
• Capability to withstand warm temperatures and proficient in utilizing kitchen equipment
• Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
• Follow directions and create respectable menu items
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
