Depending on the hotel brand, responsibilities may include preparing simple buffet breakfasts, plated dinners, or banquet events. Our cooks are team players who collaborate with the operations team to deliver professional, competent, and prompt service to our guests and client partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
2. Ensure proper documentation on all food containers and adhere to rotation standards per SOP.
3. Practice safety standards at all times.
4. Report to work in a full, clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
5. Cook orders while respecting guest requests and special needs in a positive manner.
6. Be proactive with ordering, managing food preparations, and maintaining equipment to prevent service obstacles.
