What You'll Do:

Our line cooks prepare more than 200 dishes made fresh daily, emphasizing quality ingredients, technique, and flavor. You will use various cooking methods and kitchen tools to ensure our dishes meet high standards. Despite busy environments, our team spirit and dedication to fun, along with guest compliments, make this a rewarding place to work.

Your Background:
  • Strong technique: excellent knife skills and diverse cooking methods
  • Attention to detail: precise measurements and volumes
  • Cleanliness and organization: maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Team player: collaborating effectively with others
  • Physical ability: standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, reaching, twisting
  • Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experienced)
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
