Metro Diner is hiring Line Cooks in Saint Petersburg, FL, for day (AM) and night (PM) shifts. Join a fast-paced, family-style dining concept known for great portions and warm service.

Qualifications

• Experience in back-of-house cooking in a high-volume restaurant.
• Able to work day or night shifts.
• Works well in a family-style dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Metro Diner standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and prep area.
• Assist with inventory, food safety and portion control.
