Job summary

Metro Diner in Jacksonville, Florida is hiring line cooks (concinero / cocinera) for full and part time day and night shifts. We offer a high-volume kitchen environment with no late nights and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant
• Back of house cooking experience (chef, saute, grill)
• Ability to work day or night shifts in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Metro Diner standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assist other kitchen staff during peak hours
