Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 26 locations nationwide and more on the way. Our mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, making golf inclusive and accessible for all.

We are seeking a Line Cook to support our Head Chef in managing all aspects of our kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes to guests, ensuring a satisfying and memorable experience. This position reports directly to the Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Open/close kitchen as needed
• Prepare a variety of appetizers and entrees
• Ensure kitchen and line are fully stocked through food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness by properly washing dishes
• Follow all sanitary and health regulations
• Collaborate with front of house to ensure excellent service
• Oversee food preparation processes

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Capability to delegate responsibilities and monitor staff
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Flexibility with hours
• ServSafe certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Consistently deliver high-quality customer service
