• Set up and stock food items and supplies.
• Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and making sauces.
• Cook using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods to specified recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards.
• Sanitize cooking surfaces after shifts.
• Perform inventory checks and document food storage.
