Tin Roost is looking for Line Cooks to join our kitchen team in North Liberty, IA. Whether you already have line cook experience or want to grow your skills in a fast-paced scratch kitchen, we’d love to meet you.

Part-time opportunities available with a starting wage of $15-$22 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, stocking stations, maintaining quality, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver great food during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Set up and stock your workstation before each shift.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver great food during busy shifts.
• Assist with inventory, food rotation, and other kitchen duties as needed.

Tin Roost is looking for Line Cooks to join our kitchen team! Whether you already have line cook experience or are looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced scratch kitchen, we'd love to meet you.

Tin Roost is a locally owned restaurant in North Liberty known for its scratch-made food, extensive whiskey selection, rotating craft beer, and welcoming atmosphere. Our busy kitchen serves more than 400 seats, private events, and one of the area's favorite patios.

Compensation for fully trained Cooks starts at $15-$22 per hour based on experience

Schedule:

• Part‑time opportunities available
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8pm-3pm
