The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. This role includes executing recipes, maintaining food safety standards, organizing station prep, and working as part of a team to ensure timely, consistent service.
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to restaurant standards.
Follow recipes, portion guides, and presentation guidelines.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain accuracy and speed during high-volume service periods.
Ensure all food meets quality, temperature, and presentation standards.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean work area and participate in routine kitchen cleaning tasks.
Comply with health department regulations and kitchen policies.

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
