Applebee’s in Kentucky is hiring a Line Cook to join a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen. You’ll work to set up your station, prepare menu items, and uphold presentation and quality standards according to Applebee’s recipes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry, preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• As the Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, and maintaining product presentation, product quality, and cook time standards.
• This role will prepare all menu items according to Applebee’s Recipes, Plate Presentations, and specifications.
