Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living in Newville, PA is seeking a dedicated dining services team member for a full-time 6am-2pm shift. This role offers compensation from $16 to $18 per hour based on experience and includes rotating weekends with free meals during work.

You will assist in prioritizing tasks, coach dining room staff, prepare and serve meals, and ensure attractive presentation while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• One year of cooking or dining service production preferred.
• Baking experience/knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of working independently or as a team.
• Creative thinking and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prioritizing work assignments.
• Provide coaching to dining room team members.
• Prepare and serve food.
• Ensure food is presented in attractive manner.
• Follow all guidelines and procedures when handling, preparing, serving and storing food.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
