Corner Table Restaurants is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced dining environment in New York. You will prepare, cook, and present menu items, ensuring quality and timely service in collaboration with the kitchen staff.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of fast-casual experience, can read and follow standardized recipes, and bring a passion for hospitality. Pizza cook experience is a plus, and you will be part of a diverse, energetic team committed to excellence.

• Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Set up a station for service by chopping, butchering, preparing, and/or stocking station
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report, and follow CDC’s or Sous Chef’s instructions
• Clean up station during and at the end of service
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

THE POSITION: LINE COOK

• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Prepare food to Parla’s specifications
• Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Set up a station for service by chopping, butchering, preparing, and/or stocking station
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report, and follow CDC’s or Sous Chef’s instructions
• Clean up station during and at the end of service
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
