  • Support smooth service flow by working with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the shift.
  • Rotate product properly and help minimize waste.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, prep, and inventory organization as assigned.
  • Follow company policies, appearance standards, attendance expectations, and safety procedures.
  • Support teammates during peak volume to maintain quality and pace.

  • Prior experience supporting a new venue opening.
  • Knowledge of health department standards and safe kitchen practices.
  • Food handler certification or ability to obtain certification as required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
  • Reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and move throughout the kitchen and venue.
  • Work around hot equipment, sharp tools, food, cleaning products, sound, lighting, and guest traffic.
  • Use kitchen equipment, utensils, knives, storage containers, and cleaning tools safely.
  • Work in hot, cold, wet, loud, and fast‑paced conditions.
  • Work in a fast‑paced, late‑night environment.
