Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Line Cook experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knife handling, measurements, and cooking method skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background checks, drug screen, and TB test.

Line Cook – Belmont Village Senior Living

Shift: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm (full‑time)

About the Role

As aдаться Line Cook, you will perform.Player multiple duties in our senior‑living community commercial kitchen. You will prepare, set‑up, service, and clean while maintaining a high quality of food, presentation, and safety. Your work will ensure an exceptional dining experience for residents and their guests.

Your Typical Responsibilities

• Prepare meals from scratch according to assigned recipe specifications and quality standards
• Follow recipes, manage portion control, and ensure attractive plate presentation
• Properly manage cooking times while efficiently handling several orders simultaneously
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Follow checklists and company procedures to keep the kitchen stocked and well‑maintained at all times
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional, pleasant, and team‑oriented attitude
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Minimum 6 months of Line Cook experience in a high‑volume restaurant setting
• Proven success with basic culinary skills such as knife handling, accurate measurements, and cooking methods
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees
