Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time cook at the Murfreesboro Embassy Suites to prepare and cook menu items across restaurant and banquet operations.

The role requires a Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain one) and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will maintain a clean workstation, follow health protocols, and contribute to a positive, team-driven kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Active Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain one soon after hire).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Team-focused, energetic attitude with a drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment.
• Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures.
• Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used.

Compensation Range : $19.00 - $19.95 per hour
