Metro Diner is hiring full and part-time Line Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen. With a focus on high-volume service, you will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner items while maintaining quality and speed.

Formación

• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner items efficiently.
• Knowledge of back-of-house kitchen operations and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and plate dishes according to Metro Diner standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization during service.
• Assist other cooks during peak hours and ensure timely meals.
