Metro Diner in Louisville is hiring full- and part-time Line Cooks for day and night shifts. Join our friendly team in a high-volume kitchen and contribute to our home-style service.

Formación

• Previous line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Able to work day and night shifts with a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen sanitation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items to Metro Diner standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety during service.
• Monitor food quality and portion control for consistency.
• Work efficiently during peak hours and communicate with the team.
