Role Overview

Title: Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member)

Objective: To prepare great tasting and visually appealing food, maintain high standards for product presentation, quality, and cook times, and be cross-trained in all kitchen roles.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare menu items according to recipes and specifications.
  2. Complete all assigned prep work.
  3. Set up workstation according to station diagram.
  4. Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
  5. Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shifts.
  6. Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical ability to move items and transport cases up to 50 pounds.
  • Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
Physical Demands

Requires navigating the restaurant, moving items, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and stooping. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
