Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon, Florida is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role prepares and cooks menu items in a fast-paced resort kitchen while upholding high standards for quality, food safety, and presentation.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of restaurant or hotel kitchen experience, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering great food for guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or Prep Cook.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and maintain assigned station for lunch and/or dinner service.
• Ensure food is cooked to order and presented properly.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients for service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
• Assist with kitchen prep and daily food production.
• Monitor food quality and portion control.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Help reduce waste and assist with inventory control.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members.
