HEI Hotels & Resorts invites applications for a kitchen position at the Hotel Per La in downtown Los Angeles. You will prepare food of consistent quality, follow recipes and production standards, and assist in various kitchen functions to support service.
Qualified candidates have hotel experience, good dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Regular attendance and cooperative teamwork are expected.
