Job summary

Lariat Lodge Brewing Company in Littleton, Colorado, is seeking dependable Line Cooks to join our fast-paced, scratch kitchen. Prepare and cook high-quality menu items to standard recipes; maintain a clean, safe prep area; assist with prep and closing duties; lift up to 50 lbs; and work nights, weekends and holidays.

1+ years of kitchen experience preferred (we will train the right person); CFPM certification is a plus.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment where craft food meets craft beer? Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is seeking dependable, hard-working Line Cooks to join our kitchen teams at our Littleton location!

• Pay Range: $18.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)
• Full-time and Part-time positions available

• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
• Assist with prep and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH staff
• 1+ years of kitchen experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
• Ability to follow directions and work well under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for great food, beer, and hospitality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification is a plus
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation to either our Littleton location
• Paid Sick Leave: Accrual of 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year, per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA)
• Public Health Emergency Leave: Additional paid leave may be available during declared public health emergencies
